The PSOE manager attributes to Cerdán the verbal hiring of lawyers from the Leire Díez network

The current manager of the PSOE, Ana María Fuentes, attributed to Santos Cerdán, former organizational secretary of the party, the responsibility for the verbal hiring and payments made to two lawyers, Ismael Oliver and Jacobo Teijelo. These lawyers are presumably implicated in an alleged network to sabotage cases against the Government.

Fuentes made this decision predictably, thus transferring the responsibility for this issue to Cerdán, who held the position of organizational secretary at the time the events in question are said to have occurred.

The payments and hiring of these legal services are now under scrutiny, after the PSOE manager shifted the responsibility to her former general secretary. The network is associated with Leire Díez, central figure of a scandal affecting the Spanish Socialist Party.
