The São Miguel restaurant, opened in May in Botafogo, has gained prominence for its signature cocktail menu signed by mixologist Laura Paravato. The venue offers classic cocktails revisited with elegance and Brazilian flair, seeking a connection between the traditional and the contemporary.
The cocktail menu features illustrations by Gaucho painter Lielzo Azambuja, who creates images inspired by works of great masters painted in Rio de Janeiro, enriching the visual identity of the menu.
Among the standout drinks is "Devaneio," a reimagining of the Tom Collins, a classic gin-based cocktail. Laura's version uses a modern carbonation technique with coconut water instead of sparkling water, complemented by lemon cordial.
Another notable signature cocktail is "Nascimento de Vênus," made with Giuseppe Prata cachaça and Saint Germain elderflower liqueur, representing the venue's proposal to reinvent classics with Brazilian ingredients.
