Benfica's SAD closed the 2025/26 financial year with a positive net result of 19.1 million euros, thus ensuring the second consecutive year with profits. However, this value is below the 34.4 million euros recorded in the previous financial year. The SAD's equity capital came out strengthened, reaching 135.5 million euros.
According to the Report and Accounts, the positive financial performance is due to the growth in various recurring revenue lines, the control of operational expenses, and the favorable evolution of the result from player rights. The operating result, already including player rights, stood at 32.4 million euros.
Excluding the player rights component, Benfica's operating revenue reached 214.4 million euros, representing a 7% decline compared to the previous financial year. This decrease is largely justified by the absence of extraordinary revenue associated with participation in the Club World Cup.
