UA receives Chinese delegation from Zhejiang to strengthen cooperation

A delegation from Zhejiang University, in China, visited the University of Aveiro to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions, which have maintained relations for about 40 years. The visit aimed to deepen inter-institutional relations, focusing on an area considered highly strategic both nationally and internationally: Advanced Materials.

The delegation was composed of Jian Ji, director of the Sino-Portugal Joint Laboratory "The Belt and Road" in Advanced Materials and professor in the Department of Polymer Engineering and Science, and Youxiang Wang, also a professor in the same department. During their stay, the Chinese representatives visited various laboratories and departments of the University of Aveiro.
