Crew members consider legal action against EasyJet for replacing strikers

The cabin crew union filed a new complaint with the Authority for Working Conditions against EasyJet. The complaint follows the replacement of workers during the strike that took place in June, which was already the third strike carried out.

The SNPVAC leadership, the National Civil Aviation Flight Personnel Union, is considering taking legal action against the airline. The union considers that EasyJet acted irregularly by replacing the workers who were on strike.

The company EasyJet rejects all accusations, defending that it acted within the law. The company did not specify, however, what the basis of its defense was.
