Inditex Steps on the Accelerator Again: Approaches 20 Billion Euros in Sales and Sets Another Record in the First Half

El Periódico Mediterráneo - General9 September 2026 at 07:00

Inditex has stepped up the pace again following the strong moderation of 2025 and has closed the first half of the fiscal year, between February and July, with new historical highs. The company has approached 20 billion euros in sales, achieving another record in its first half.

Inditex's CEO, Óscar García Maceiras, highlighted the results as evidence of the extraordinary capability of the company's teams. According to Maceiras, in a highly complex global environment, employees have managed to deliver to customers around the world every day the product and fashion experience they demand.

Maceiras noted that ambition, flexibility, and innovation are differentiating elements that reinforce Inditex's long-term growth potential. The company seeks to maintain this expansion pace after a period of moderation recorded during 2025.
