GRTS Digital multiplies client base and projects R$ 100 million

oglobo8 September 2026 at 22:34

GRTS Digital, a Brazilian startup specialized in digital transformation of labor and union relations, achieved significant growth one year after receiving a R$ 3.4 million seed investment from the GovTech Fund, managed by KPTL and Cedro Capital. The company multiplied its client base by more than 16 times, exceeding the mark of 1,000 companies served, including large corporations and accounting firms throughout the national territory.

The company operates in the artificial intelligence segment for labor world management, simultaneously operating in three innovation fronts: GovTech, using public data from collective instruments; HRTech, serving the Human Resources and Payroll departments of companies; and LegalTech, automating compliance analysis and mitigation of labor legal risks.

With growth above the planned level, GRTS Digital projects to end 2026 with financial breakeven, using only half of the capital raised in the seed investment, which indicates efficient management of the financial resources received.

This triple positioning of the startup, combining GovTech, HRTech and LegalTech, is also reflected in the composition of the company's investor base, demonstrating diversified interest in GRTS Digital's business model.

"Pinhão de Alcácer" Moves Forward with European Certification Through IGP Creation

The Association of Forest Producers of the Alentejo Litoral (ANSUB) will lead a 30 thousand euro project, co-financed at 85% by the Alentejo 2030 Program, to create the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) of "Pinhão de Alcácer". This initiative recovers an ambition of more than a decade to protect, differentiate and enhance this traditional product obtained from Pinus pinea L., whose ivory-white kernel and traditional production methods are historically associated with Alcácer do Sal, a region where the product was once designated as "white gold". The project follows a frustrated 2014 attempt to obtain Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and has a specifications document prepared through a 2018 master's thesis.
