The Order of Nurses has created a free mental health and well-being program specifically aimed at nurses. The program includes consultations and a 24-hour SOS line to support these healthcare professionals.
The initiative comes in the context of growing concern about the impact of the profession on nurses' mental health, who frequently face high levels of stress, exhaustion, and emotional overload in their daily work.
The program offers nurses access to psychological and emotional support consultations, as well as the possibility of using the SOS line at any time when they need urgent help.
The Order of Nurses thus aims to ensure that its members have access to adequate mental health support resources, recognizing the importance of caring for those who care.
