SATA Holding revealed that it received eight expressions of interest in the privatization process of SATA Internacional - Azores Airlines. The information was confirmed on September 8, 2026, in Ponta Delgada, in the Azores.

The privatization process foresees the alienation of at least 75% of the social capital of the Azorean aviation company. This percentage represents the majority stake of the airline's shares.
