The municipality of Marvão celebrated this Tuesday its municipal holiday, celebrating 800 years of identity. The president of the Chamber, Luís Vitorino, used the occasion to affirm that the municipality maintains "a spirit of irreverence and a look to the future". The mayor's intervention was marked by the defense of territorial cohesion, housing and public investments underway in the municipality.
