Teatro Viriato, in Viseu, revealed its programming until December, with 25 activities, including seven national co-productions, five in-house productions, and seven artistic residencies. The season kicks off on October 19th with "Promised Valley Conference Center," by Mickaël de Oliveira, and includes premieres such as "Quimera" (October 30th), by the Caótica company, which uses shadow theater and video projection to reflect on femininity. The Viseu stage will also host concerts by international artists Tarta Relena (October 24th) and Lambchop (November 18th), as well as dance performances such as "Vagabundus" and "Tempo," a blend of dance and illusionism that closes the season on December 19th. The programming director, António M Cabrita, highlighted that the programming results from "a lot of listening" and proposes "to give more time to the present."
