The costs of construction for new works increased by 6.8% in the month of July, according to data from the National Statistics Institute. This value represents the percentage variation of the costs associated with the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. INE is the body responsible for the production and dissemination of official statistics, including economic indicators of the construction sector. This increase occurs within a context of growing material and labor costs in the construction sector during the period under analysis.
