The five toll plazas on the BR-101 RJ/Norte Highway, under concession to Arteris Fluminense, will have adjusted rates starting at midnight on Wednesday. The adjustment affects the stretch between the border of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo and Niterói.
The new basic fare for automobiles, pickup trucks, and vans becomes R$ 10.80. The toll plazas are located in the municipalities of Campos dos Goytacazes, Conceição de Macabu, Casimiro de Abreu, Rio Bonito, and São Gonçalo.
According to the concessionaire, the update considers the IPCA variation between May 2025 and July 2026, in addition to rebalancing mechanisms provided for in the Amendment Term for Modernization of the Concession Contract.
Users who use the TAG system receive the Basic Tariff Discount, which grants an automatic 5% reduction on the fare value for all passages made through automatic lanes. Frequent users with TAG in eligible categories may receive additional discounts.
