Passengers increase in all transport modes except the metro in the 2nd quarter

In the second quarter, passengers increased in almost all transport modes, with the exception of the metro, which recorded a decrease. This trend contrasts with the growth observed in the remaining passenger transport means.

Regarding freight transport, the scenario was different. Road and rail modes both registered decreases in the period under analysis, indicating a drop in cargo activity during the second quarter.
