Luísa Salgueiro criticized the Government for the concentration of housing management at IHRU (Institute for Housing and Urban Rehabilitation). The president of the Municipality of Matosinhos expressed opposition to the way the Executive is proceeding in the housing area.
The Government announced that it will finance only 60% of the investment of municipalities in the construction or rehabilitation of housing. This decision was highlighted by Luísa Salgueiro as problematic for municipalities that intend to develop projects in this area.
