The Gallagher brothers attended the premiere of the documentary about Oasis. The film, titled "Oasis: Don't look back in anger," is scheduled to open in theaters this Friday and will later be available on the Disney+ platform.
The documentary contrasts with another music film released recently, "El mundo cabe en una canción," about Fito Páez. While the Argentine musician states from the beginning that he doesn't want glorifying portraits and advocates for a dose of "malice" in the narrative, the film about Oasis represents the opposite.
The Oasis documentary is described as a celebration of brotherhood, good feelings, and the art of burying the hatchet. The Gallagher brothers are presented as an extreme example that music has an unexpected power to heal wounds.
