Zero Association criticizes waste landfill in Castelo Branco

Zero Association issued a negative opinion on the proposal to expand the Non-Hazardous Industrial Waste Landfill in Castelo Branco. The environmental organization considers the expansion project to be clearly illegal. The environmentalists publicly criticized the intention to expand the landfill's capacity in the region. This is not the first time that environmental associations have expressed opposition to projects of this nature in Portuguese territory.
