The Spanish Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente, questioned the impartiality of the judge investigating the Ceuta case. Puente considered the magistrate's behavior "quite strange."
The judge in question asked the National Police investigators not to transmit the conclusions of the report on the massive entry of immigrants in Ceuta to police executives.
Ceuta is a Spanish city in North Africa that has frequently been targeted by massive immigration entry attempts. The case under investigation concerns a significant migratory flow that reportedly occurred through the city's borders.
