Chinese exports grew 25% in August, year-on-year. This growth exceeded market expectations and represented a significant boost to China's economy.
The export increase was mainly driven by demand for Chinese technological products in the international market. Additionally, orders placed before the Christmas period also contributed to this growth.
Despite persistent trade tensions, which continue to affect China's international trade relations, the country managed to maintain an accelerated export pace. The technology sector showed particular dynamism during this period.
The growth occurred in a context of logistical difficulties caused by typhoons, which disrupted supply chains and goods transportation during the month of August.
