The fuel prices in Portugal continue to rise significantly, despite the Government's efforts to mitigate the impact on consumers. Gasoline reached its highest value since June 2022, showing that the support measures implemented were not enough to stop the growth trend.

Diesel is also registering high values in the Portuguese market. On Monday, the price of this fuel was at 2.104 euros per liter, which represents the highest value since April 8th of the same year.

On that date in April, diesel had reached 2.145 euros per liter, establishing a high price level that is now being reached again. The upward trend in fuel prices continues, generating concern among Portuguese consumers.

Chinese exports grow 25% in August
