Figo blush: why the deeper shade is gaining ground in makeup

oglobo7 September 2026 at 20:48

After the dominance of pink, peach and terracotta blushes, a deeper tone is gaining ground among the beauty bets for 2026. Known as fig blush, this shade ranges between deep pink, mauve and plum, representing a shift from the colors that dominated the market in recent years.

The color can vary from a soft effect to more marked makeup, depending on the amount applied. Despite the intensity it presents in the packaging, the pigment can create a delicate result on the skin when used in small amounts and well blended.

When applied gradually and well blended, the fig blush leaves a deeper flush and adds dimension to the face without necessarily compromising the natural look of the makeup. It is a color that allows for very good control of intensity, creating a naturally flushed skin appearance.
