Parques de Sintra will proceed with the felling of pines affected by a fungus, an intervention that will require traffic restrictions in Sintra. The entity explains that the operation is carried out "for safety reasons", given the risk that the compromised trees represent.
The intervention will involve temporary access closures and restrictions on traffic circulation in the area. The work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday and is expected to last 40 days.
