The National School of Public Administration (Enap) is offering the free course "Confronting gender-based violence on the internet" for federal, state, and municipal public servants. Registrations can be made until October 4, with classes scheduled to take place between November 3 and 13.
The course will have a total duration of 20 hours and will be delivered remotely and live via the Zoom platform. The training offers 35 spots; however, Enap warns that registrations may be closed early if there is high demand for the course.
The training will address how gender-based violence occurs, spreads, and reproduces in the virtual environment, proposing discussion of strategies for prevention, confrontation, and reporting. Among the main topics are the concept of gender, the relationship between gender and other categories of differentiation, in addition to the difference between gender-based violence and other forms of violence.
