RC3: Horse march links Elvas to Estremoz and classic cars tour the Alentejo

The traditional Horse March from Elvas to Estremoz and a classic cars and vintage motorcycles tour marked the activities promoted by the Cavalry Regiment No. 3 (RC3), on September 4th and 5th. The march began on September 4th, with participants departing from Elvas, passing through Vila Viçosa during the route. The classic cars toured routes through the Alentejo during the same weekend. The event featured the participation of military personnel and enthusiasts of classic and vintage vehicles, bringing together several generations around equestrian traditions and the preservation of historic-motorized heritage. This initiative by RC3 aims to keep the military and cultural traditions of the region alive, while promoting tourism and enhancing the heritage of the Alentejo.
