From TikTok to Transport: Andante Launches Campaign to Win Over Generation Z

SAPO Notícias7 September 2026 at 12:21

Porto Metropolitan Transport (TMP) launched a new campaign to promote the Youth Pass, a free transport ticket for young people up to 23 years old. The campaign, called "From TikTok to Transport," aims to reach Generation Z and stands out for not requiring young people to be students to access the free pass.

The campaign's tagline is the question "We know our destination. But what will the journey be like?", which serves as a starting point to appeal to young people and encourage them to use public transport. The initiative seeks to connect with young audiences through digital platforms, where they spend much of their time.

The Youth Pass allows free travel within the Porto metropolitan area, covering not only students but also young people who are not enrolled in the education system. This campaign is part of TMP's strategy to increase public transport usage among young people and promote more sustainable mobility in the region.
