APS to hold course on analytics and data science in the insurance sector

The Portuguese Insurance Association (APS) will hold on September 18, from 09:30 to 17:30, the course "Analytics and data science for insurance professionals" in online format.

This training aims to provide participants with the necessary tools to recognize opportunities for applying Analytics, Machine Learning and LLMs in the insurance sector, as well as support the transformation of these initiatives into competitive advantage for the business.

The course is targeted at middle and senior management of the insurance sector and will be taught by Fernando Bação, full professor at NOVA Information Management School.
