ANSR, GNR and PSP promote, between September 8 and 14, the "Cinto-me Vivo" campaign, integrated into the National Enforcement Plan 2026. The operation will focus on the correct use of seatbelts, child restraint systems and helmets. The campaign combines awareness actions with enforcement operations.

Seven arrested by PSP in the last week

The PSP District Command of Vila Real carried out seven arrests between August 31st and September 7th, of which one for execution of an arrest warrant, four for driving under the influence of alcohol and two for driving without a legal license. Twenty-one road accidents were also recorded with one minor injury. PSP appeals to drivers to adopt safety behaviors on the road.
