APROSERPA – Association of Farmers of the Left Bank of the Guadiana expressed today concerns regarding the production costs that affect farmers in the Serpa region.

Among the main concerns are the price of fuels, which has significantly impacted the operational costs of agricultural holdings.

The association also revealed concern about the support destined for cereals, which it considers insufficient to face the difficulties of the sector.

The restrictions imposed by the Natura 2000 Network were also mentioned as one of the causes of concern for the associated farmers.
