Researcher João Gabriel Caia participates in the 8th International Public History Conference, taking place in Lisbon between Monday, September 7, and Friday. During the event, Caia presents research developed within the scope of the University of Évora related to colonial collections and legacies.
The conference is organized by the International Federation for Public History, the international entity responsible for the event. The event also has the support of IN2PAST, which acts as the local host of the initiative in Lisbon.
The meeting takes place at the College (incomplete text in the original article), bringing together specialists and researchers in the field of public history over several days. This edition marks another opportunity for academic debate on historical issues related to the Portuguese colonial past.
