Benfica won the 10th Women's futsal Super Cup by defeating Nun'Álvares 3-1 in Vila do Conde. The red and white side showed from the start that the change of cycle would not mean a shift in ambition. The new Benfica coach, Maria Martins, had highlighted in the preview the difference between the two projects, noting that while Nun'Álvares was in a continuity process, Benfica was undergoing a significant change compared to the past. On the court, renewal ultimately prevailed over continuity.
Benfica's start was practically perfect. At two minutes, Fifó scored the first goal of the match and also the first goal of the season in Portuguese futsal. The red and white side maintained the pressure and practically decided the final in the first half. At 12 minutes, Janice Silva increased the advantage, before Gaby Vanelli, a reinforcement who came from Roma, made it 3-0 near halftime, at 20 minutes. In the second half, Nun'Álvares managed to pull one back, but couldn't avoid defeat.
