Two people died following a car crash in Palmela. The accident occurred on Vila Amélia Road and the alert was given at 05:34.
The victims were a man and a woman, both described as very young. The authorities have not yet officially identified the victims.
Several emergency resources were deployed at the scene of the accident, including firefighters, medical vehicles and security forces to respond to the incident.
The incident also caused traffic restrictions in the area, due to the state of the vehicle after the crash.
