The State of Pernambuco was ordered to pay R$ 150 thousand in moral damages to Anderson Gabriel da Silva, 25 years old, who was wrongfully imprisoned for nine months. The decision was made by Judge Flávia Fabiane Nascimento Figueira, from the Court of Justice of Pernambuco.
