In an exclusive interview, the singer made it clear that her permanence in the role depends on public acceptance: "If you like it, I'll stay. If not, I say thank you and pass the baton."

The 33-year-old artist discussed her journey of self-discovery, referencing the album "Equilíbrio" (Balance), which gives its name to the tour that concluded the previous Saturday in Salvador, after performances in Porto Alegre, São Paulo, Fortaleza, and Niterói. Anitta emphasized her commitment to mental well-being, sharing insights about learning to breathe and slow down to prevent burnout. She criticized relying on "crutches like alcohol and medication," signaling a transformative phase focused on mental health and personal purpose.
In her path of self-discovery, Anitta connected deeply with integrative therapist Max Tovar, author of "Musculatura da alma" (Musculature of the Soul), for which the singer wrote a preface.
