A rural fire is burning in Serra d'Ossa, between the municipalities of Estremoz and Borba, since Saturday at 7:40 PM. The fire is affecting a scrubland area and remains ongoing at the beginning of the night.

The firefighting operation counts with 121 mobilized operatives, supported by 40 vehicles on the ground.

The alert for the occurrence was given at 7:40 PM, and by 8:30 PM the authorities had already deployed the response operation.
