The PSP District Command of Guarda recorded a total of 42 criminal occurrences during the month of August 2026, between the 1st and 31st of the month. The information was revealed through a balance sheet released by the security force.
Of the reported occurrences, nine were reports of theft, five of damage, five of fraud, five of domestic violence and five of physical assault. These numbers represent the most reported crimes during this period in the district.
During the same month, the PSP of Guarda also carried out 12 detentions. These detentions are related to the criminal occurrences recorded during the period under analysis.
The monthly balance sheet of the security forces aims to provide the population with an overview of criminal activity and police work carried out in the Guarda region during the month of August.
