PPP da Potycabana: Government creates committee to monitor public concession for 35 years

The government created a specific committee to monitor the public concession of Potycabana, which will last 35 years. The public-private partnership aims to transfer the management of the park to a selected private company.

Under the established contract, the winning company will be responsible for the administration, operation, maintenance and exploitation of Potycabana. In addition, it will have the obligation to carry out renovation and modernization works of the park.

The monitoring committee will have the function of monitoring compliance with contractual obligations on the part of the concessionaire, ensuring that services are provided according to the agreed terms and that the promised improvements are carried out throughout the concession period.
