An education guardian from Braga denounced the lack of issuance of vouchers for school textbooks, at a time when the new school year is about to begin. The situation affects students and families who depend on these supports to obtain the necessary books for the start of classes.
According to the complainant, the situation remains unresolved after several attempts to contact the school, the school group and the Agency for System Management. The education guardian tried to resolve the problem through various channels, without obtaining a response or solution.
The delay in issuing the vouchers places students in a delicate situation, as the start of the school year approaches and school textbooks are essential for following classes. Families are prevented from picking up the books without the necessary documentation.
