Ten days after the floods hit Nepal, two more people were rescued alive. The rescue happened under different circumstances, showing that there were still survivors among the rubble and areas affected by the flooding.
A woman was found inside a house that had been hit by the waters. She was located and rescued from the ruins of the residence, managing to survive throughout this period.
The second rescue involved a man who was trapped in a tunnel at a hydroelectric power plant. The rescue teams managed to pull him alive from inside the tunnel after ten days.
Nepalese authorities continue search and rescue efforts in the region, where several people remain missing after the severe floods that occurred more than a week ago.
