The 2026 edition of the Sabores de Perdição Festival opened its doors on September 3rd, a Thursday, at the Civic Center of Castelo Branco. The event thus kicked off another edition dedicated to the promotion of local flavors and traditions.

This edition was marked by the unprecedented participation of the Parish Councils of the municipality of Castelo Branco. The spaces representing the various parishes were installed near the main entrance of the festival grounds.

At the official opening of the event, the president of the Municipal Council of Castelo Branco, Leopoldo Rodrigues, was present, highlighting the importance of this collaboration with the parish councils. The mayor recognized the value of joint participation for the success of the festival.

Rock in Rio: Crowd arrives at the City of Rock for second day of festival, ready for rain
