Elton John on Rock in Rio show: 'I can't wait'

Elton John celebrated his return to Rio de Janeiro as a Rock in Rio act. The British singer performs at the Mundo Stage at 11pm this Monday (7). On Instagram, he shared stories and wrote: "I can't wait to be with all my Brazilian fans." The musician also posted several videos of Brazilian fans, including a choreography by influencer Mariana Amorim dancing to "Cold Heart." The musicians in Elton John's band are already in Rio. Guitarist Davey Johnstone shared images from a visit to Lapa this weekend, photographing tiles on the Selarón Staircase and posting photos of Christ the Redeemer. The 75-year-old Scot wrote "Peace and love, from Rio" in the caption. Last Wednesday, the Rock in Rio production announced that the shows of some festival acts have been moved earlier.
