Iranian media reported explosions near Kharg island, in Iran. There has been no official comment from the armed forces of the respective countries on these explosions.
The European Union expressed being "alarmed" by the escalation of the situation in the region. The EU condemned the attacks that hit several Middle Eastern countries.
Among the countries affected by the attacks are Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The situation remains tense in the region without the military authorities having provided official statements.
