An explosion hit a military installation located near La Paz, Bolivia, causing a large-scale incident at the barracks. The death toll continues to rise as rescue and assistance operations proceed at the accident site.
The incident resulted in two dead, seven missing people and 59 injured. Authorities have not yet been able to locate seven people who were at the barracks at the time of the explosion, fearing the death toll may rise.
