The Judicial Police detained a man outside of flagrante delicto for suspected involvement in setting a fire on August 18 in the locality of Solveira, in the municipality of Montalegre, in the district of Vila Real. The suspect was brought before court and was subject to weekly reporting as a precautionary measure.
