The law firm J+Legal provided legal advisory services to the Paulo Duarte family and their logistics group on two operations of great relevance. The first operation involved the entry of British manager ICG into the capital of Grupo Paulo Duarte, and the second consisted of the acquisition of Basque company Barquín y Otxoa.

According to the statement issued by the law firm, these two operations represented particularly significant moments in the evolution of Grupo Paulo Duarte. The firm states that the operations required an integrated legal approach, combining corporate, M&A, financing and tax matters.

The entry of ICG into the group's capital and the subsequent acquisition of Barquín y Otxoa demonstrate, according to J+Legal, the group's ability to combine the continuity of the family business project with a strategy of international growth and consolidation.
