Miranda do Corvo is preparing a pioneering project dedicated to the production of the so-called "Portuguese trees". This initiative comes within the scope of an event held in Semide, which once again became a meeting point for those who live off the land.
The meeting in Semide brought together producers, livestock breeders and people who contribute to keeping alive the agricultural and rural activity of the region. The event served as a platform for the presentation of initiatives such as that of Miranda do Corvo.
The project of Miranda do Corvo aims to produce trees of Portuguese origin, contributing to the preservation and promotion of local biodiversity and the plant species characteristic of the country.
