Montenegro admits new measures to stop fuel price rises

Editave speaks of a "two-step market blockade": first, the council allegedly created a printed municipal bulletin that harmed the commercial viability of independent newspapers, and then uses this absence as a legal pretext to exclude those media from the tender. The company asked ERC for urgent intervention and requested that the tender jury change the rules, invoking violation of principles of the Public Procurement Code, including technological neutrality.

Carneiro again accuses Government of "making money" from fuel price increases

The PS leader, José Luís Carneiro, again accused the Government of "making money" from fuel price increases, revealing that he submitted to Parliament a proposal to reduce VAT on fuels and essential foods — for the third time already, rejected by AD, IL and Chega.
