The Casa das Artes in Vila Nova de Famalicão will host, on September 22nd, the national preview of the film "Memórias do Cárcere". The presentation session will feature the presence of director Sérgio Graciano, producer Paulo Branco, and actors Albano Jerónimo and João Pedro.
The film is a cinematic adaptation of the homonymous work written by Camilo Castelo Branco. The production was developed based on the literary work of the Portuguese writer, continuing the tradition of adapting classics of national literature for cinema.
The initiative to bring the national preview to Famalicão reinforces Casa das Artes' commitment to hosting relevant film productions and providing the local audience with access to premieres of films by Portuguese authors.
