Exponor UP – Continuous Training & Human Resources holds its second edition on October 15 and 16 at Exponor – International Fair of Porto. The event brings together the Portuguese continuous training and human resources ecosystem, showing professionals and companies how to transform artificial intelligence into an ally without compromising human resources. The program includes more than 20 initiatives, including practical workshops, inspiring talks and networking moments, complementing the exhibition aspect with training entities and companies linked to human resources.
The 2026 edition deepens the human resources component and is focused on training and talent managers, human resources professionals, managers and business decision-makers. Among the highlighted topics are creative leadership, game-based learning, immersive technologies, talent attraction and motivation, well-being at work and burnout prevention, in addition to sessions dedicated to choosing training paths and leadership models suitable for new generations.
The impact of generative artificial intelligence on human resources and the labor market is the central theme of the event. Tools such as Copilot, Nemo Claw and Claude Co-work will be addressed, along with the importance of knowing how to create effective prompts. According to Diogo Barbosa, general director of EXPONOR, access to generative AI tools alone does not guarantee useful results, and it is necessary to know how to define tasks, provide context, guide models and validate responses, so a significant part of the activities is oriented toward the new professional skills that organizations
