The Lisbon stock exchange closed today's session with slight losses, in a day marked by negative sentiment in the markets. The main Portuguese index, the PSI, registered a decline of 0.14%, settling at 9,388.77 points.
The Portuguese oil company Galp Energia was the company that contributed most to this negative performance, leading the day's declines with a drop of more than 2% in its share value.
This closing in the red reflects a trend of some instability in European stock markets, although the losses recorded in Lisbon were considered moderate by analysts.
