A real estate group presented an offer of 33 million euros for the acquisition of a stadium and sports complex designated as Bessa. The offered value exceeded the full set of properties, which was valued at 32.9 million euros.
The proposal came after an auction was held for the sale of these assets. In that process, the highest bid failed to reach the minimum threshold established for the transaction.
Given the auction's failure to achieve the minimum value sought, this offer from the real estate group emerged, which managed to exceed the overall valuation of the property in question.
The value of 33 million euros thus surpassed the 32.9 million euros at which the full set of properties was valued, representing a proposal above the initial valuation of the complex.
